T-REX 550E 3G Combo

This is the flybarless version of the T-Rex 550E combo from Align. This exciting mid-sized heli features a newly designed aerodynamically efficient metal main blade control system with high rigidity and superior control precision, and a new lightweight high precision main gear, with excellent balance and stability. A new lightweight metal gear hub and lightweight rigid metal main shaft bearing blocks all add up to a lightweight and powerful heli with extreme performance and flight times!
Some of the other outstanding features included are the integrated swash anti-rotation guide and gyro mounting platform. The convenient carbon fiber ESC mount allows for installation either on top of tail boom mount for maximum cooling from main blades, or under rudder servo for maximum flexibility. A dual section battery mount for optimal CG position based on battery weight and a 600 helicopter grade 21.5mm diameter tail boom providing superior rigidity and stability. The newly designed rear mounted rudder servo mount, for pleasing aesthetic as well as improving side frame strength and protection to the rudder servo. The T-Rex 550 also features high speed rated thrust bearings in tail blade grips and a high efficiency torque tube drive.
